Welcome to the JMP Print website and on-line store. We provide services to you under the following conditions - If you visit or order from this website, you accept these conditions. Before submitting an order we recommend that you read and understand these policies. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with JMP Print and you may be bound by the terms described herein. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect. Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity. If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you. We will do this to inform you the items are out of stock. We aim to dispatch all online orders within 7 days stock permitting. In some cases this may not be possible. It is incumbent on the customer to be ready to receive their order when the delivery arrives. A contact number is always required (which will not be passed onto 3rd parties).Whilst JMP Print will do its utmost to keep its promised delivery dates, they are to be treated as estimates only. JMP Print accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods. Postage prices are calculated automatically by our shopping cart system, based on destination, size and weight of the goods. Royal Mail 1st class (RM24) is used on all orders with weight less than 2kg, orders over 2kg will be sent via Courier Service, we accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We do not take cards payments over the phone. All on-line credit card transactions are processed through Stripe Incorporated. At JMP Print we do not collect or have access to your credit card details. All information is collected off-site through the Stripe Incorporated. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties. You are free to return goods unused for a period of 14 days after delivery if this item is deemed to be faulty. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. We are not responsible for customer errors on personalised items. Postage & Packing will not be refunded for purchases and returns. All goods should be returned packed to the same standard as when received, to avoid damage in transit. We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. All product images are owned by JMP Print. Unauthorized use of images owned by JMP Print is not permitted.TWe take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent this from happening again. We will make every effort to rectify genuine problems as quickly as possible. Complaints can be made by email info@jmpprint.co.uk JMP Print shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond our control.We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) We collect information about you to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. We may e-mail you regarding the specifics of your order but we will not e-mail you any marketing material in the future unless you have given us your explicit consent. We will not pass on your information to any third party. The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your name, Your address, Your phone number, Your email address.
